Overview
DocForge — PDF Editor & Tools processes your PDFs, images, and scans on your device. We do not upload your files to our servers for conversion, compression, or editing.
Data processed on your device
- PDF and image tools (merge, split, compress, convert, scan, OCR, batch)
- Recent file history (filename, path, size — stored locally)
- App preferences and optional vault entries
- Cached enhancement and temporary processing files
You can clear history and cache from Settings.
Permissions
- Camera — only when you start document scanning
- Files — via Android system picker (no broad storage access required)
- Biometric — optional app lock using device secure hardware
Advertising (free version)
The free app may show ads through Google AdMob. AdMob may collect device identifiers and usage data per Google's Privacy Policy. Consent is requested where required via Google's User Messaging Platform. Pro removes ads.
In-app purchases
Pro upgrades use Google Play Billing. Google processes payments. We receive purchase tokens to verify Pro access on your device. We do not store payment card details.

Children's privacy
This app is not directed at children under 13.
Changes
We may update this policy. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
